What should I do if I don’t receive my confirmation e-mail?

Check your junk mail folder if you don´t receive a confirmation email. If the confirmation e-mail is not in your junk mail and you haven't received it within 1 hour, please contact us at ansokansupport@filminstitutet.se. Do not resubmit the same application until you have received further information from us. We handle applications during office hours Mon-Fri except for public holidays.

How do I send additional documents to an ongoing case?

In the digital application service you can upload documents in your ongoing case if you click 'Ongoing applications' - 'Add additional information' - fill out a name for your draft (or just click save) - and then upload the document in the appropriate field and 'Submit'.
