Film rights belonging to the Swedish Film Institute
The vast majority of the films in the collections have been acquired through voluntary deposits from producers, distributors and creators. This means that the rights to most films belong to other entities. However, for a small number of films, the Swedish Film Institute is the rights holder. These films were (co-)produced by the Swedish Film Institute from the 1960’s to the 1990’s.
