Italian horror on DVD


Five horror movies in the Italian giallo genre has been released on DVD. Swedish publishers Njutafilms has released four and Studio S two versions of Dario Argento's Profondo Rosso. The movies are all available in the Library.

The movies are published with their Italian and English titles: "I corpi presentano tracce di violenza carnale" (Torso) (1973) by Sergio Martino, "Lo squartone di New York" (New York ripper) (1982) by Lucio Fulci, "Deliria, bloody bird" (Stage fright) (1987) by Michele Soavi och "L’uomo senza memoria" (Puzzle) (1974) by Duccio Tessari. "Profondo rosso" (Deep red) (1975), directed by Dario Argento, includes a long and a shorter export version.
