In a disscussion with actors and directors from both theatre and film we discussed the political as well as the artistic perspectives on African and afrodiaspora women in film.
With the ambition to deepen and establish links between different generations; we discussed sexism, racism, the diaspora position. What challenges and opportunities are there today for African female filmmakers?
